In a recent development, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has officially postponed its decision on Fidelity’s Ethereum Spot ETF application.
The new decision date was determined as March 5, 2024. Accordingly, the application deadline will be extended until January 20, 2024. If approved, this ETF would be a significant milestone, the first of its kind in the US market.
